Where do you ship from?

How long after placing my order will you ship?
I'm aim to fulfill all orders of available items within 48 hours of order receipt. If an item is not currently available I'll need some additional time to gather materials and assemble your order, if this is the case I will reach out to provide an update.
Where is your jewelry made?
All Bella Adornia jewelry is handmade by me in San Jose, California. Each piece is crafted with love and attention to detail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. Domestic shipping takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. You’ll get tracking info once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but I’m hoping to offer international shipping soon—stay tuned!
Why do my pieces look slightly different from the photos?
Each piece of Bella Adornia jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, making each one unique. While I strive for consistency, slight variations in color, size, texture, placement, etc. are part of the natural charm of handmade jewelry and are a reflection of my artistry behind each piece.
Can I customize a piece of jewelry?
I do offer custom orders, please reach out to see what magic we can come up with! I also create custom orders and have a form you can fill out to provide details on what you have in mind. You an find the custom order request form HERE
What materials do you use?
I use high-quality materials, including gold-filled chain, stainless steel, brass, sterling sliver, silver plated and gold plated. I use various semi-precious gemstones like amethyst and strawberry quartz as well as crystal beads. I also incorporate various stringing beads and seed beads. You can check the product description for details on each piece.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
I use various metals, some are gold-filled, most are generally hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. However, if you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out for details about a particular piece.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
• Avoid exposing it to water, lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
• Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in the packaging they came in.
• Use a soft cloth to gently clean your jewelry after wearing.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All of our sales are final, however if there is damage during the shipping process please reach out. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our returns and exchanges policy page for additional information.
What if my order arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging my jewelry, but if your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All orders are packaged beautifully and ready for gifting. If you’d like to include a special note, let me know at checkout!
